Design Methodologies Development & Automation Mentoring

This service develops design methodologies that, when incorporated into the product development process, result in the efficient generation of flexible, robust and intelligent CAD data ensuring consistency and quality of geometry that improves the effectiveness of downstream users and establishes the foundation for productive design reuse.

Integrated Pro/ENGINEER Tools Mentoring

Integrated Pro/ENGINEER tools and techniques are used to automate functionality and capture a product’s design intent. This approach will increase the use of standard design practices and greatly speed up the design of custom products. Standard automation of Pro/ENGINEER uses tools and techniques such as: Relations, Pro/REPORT, Skeletons, Family Tables and Intelligent Master Models.

ModelCHECK Mentoring

In many applications, the design must remain fairly flexible while still maintaining certain design rules. In this case, it is not practical to develop a fully automated application. PTC™ has developed an approach called ModelCHECK, which provides users with important engineering information and design rules as well as a set of process steps, which describe the most effective methodology to modeling a specific product. Individual process steps in ModelCHECK can be automated while leaving most of the design interactive and flexible.

MCAD User Assessments

This service reviews user skills and ensures they are using the best MCAD features and functions for your working environment. Evaluations can be extended to test and qualify potential candidates under consideration for hire.
