The majority of our labor force is comprised of permanent employees allowing us to retain a pool of engineering, design & drafting resources that are experienced with our clients’ products. Significantly reduced learning curves allow our clients to dip into this pool for support on demand. Clients have the optional benefit of receiving staff members equipped with workstations and software.
